Following the outbreak of coronavirus and the beginning of quarantine period, all aspects of life have been affected, one of which is the rise of child abuse. As a matter of fact, children are prone to undergo such threat. The present article is an attempt to follow a descriptive- analytic approach based on library sources and study the impact of coronavirus on the rise of child abuse and also seek to sort out certain legal solution in order to protect children rights. پدیدة کودک‌آزاری در تمام کشورها معضلي اجتماعی شناخته ميشود که ميتواند ناشی از اقدامات نادرست والدین یا سایر افراد جامعه باشد. با شیوع ویروس کرونا و قرنطينة وسيع در جوامع مختلف، تمام ابعاد زندگی انسان تحت تأثیر قرار گرفت. یکی از آثار این همه‌گيري و محدودیتهایی که بهمراه داشته، افزایش کودک‌آزاری و خشونت نسبت به کودکان است و قرنطینه شدن کودکان بمدت طولانی در خانه‌ آنها را بیش از پیش در معرض خطر قرار داده است. در این نوشتار، سعی شده است با استفاده از روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و مبتنی بر مطالعات کتابخانه‌يي، نخست به بررسی تأثیر ویروس کرونا بر افزایش آزار و اذیت کودکان پرداخته شود و پس از آن، با رویکرد فلسفی، ظرفیت قوانین و راهکارهایی كه در راستاي حمایت حقوق آنها وجود دارد، مورد بررسي قرار گيرد. http://pac.mullasadra.org/en/Article/Download/22561
