This method has the following merits: the rise of the self- control of students, restriction of the students to time, the rise of responsibility of students, and the expediting the efficiency and teaching. Apart from the merits of virtual education there are some demerits as well such as: internet addiction of the students, lack of confidence in learning, lack of control over home works by teachers, and inaccessibility of internet facilities in certain times and regions. To improve virtual teaching we have to take the followings steps: television should involve in virtual teaching, valid teaching systems should be used, standard questions should be sorted out, and family internet information should be promoted. The present work aims at detecting problems of virtual teachings and suggesting solutions in Iran particularly in poor regions. The method of this work is based on library and field work. After expressing the demerits and merits of e-learning, provide readers with solutions to increase the quality of e-learning and human relations in the current situations. آموزش غیرحضوری یا مکاتبه‌يی از جمله روشهای آموزشی است که در شرایط بحرانی‌يي که امکان حضور دانش‌آموزان و دانشجویان در مراکز آموزشی مهیا نیست، معلمان و اساتید را ملزم ساخته تا با تشکیل گروه‌های مختلف مجازی با فراگیران خود در ارتباط باشند و به تدریس و بررسی دروس بپردازند. از جمله مزایای آموزش مجازی در راستاي مناسبات انسانی، میتوان به اين موارد اشاره كرد: افزایش خودکنترلی دانش‌آموزان، محدود نبودن دانش‌آموزان به زمان، افزایش مسئولیت‌پذیری در دانش‌آموزان، کارآمدی و سرعت بالای تدریس. اما برغم مزایای بسيار آموزش مجازی، مشکلات و معایب فراوانی نيز ـ‌بویژه در دوران کرونا و پساکرونا در آموزش مجازی مشاهده ميشود که اعتیاد اینترنتی دانش‌آموزان، عدم اطمینان از یادگیری مطالب، عدم نظارت بر انجام تکالیف و راستی‌آزمایی، عدم دسترسی به اینترنت در زمان خاص یا در برخی مناطق، از جملة آنهاست. برای بهبود بخشیدن به آموزش مجازی میتوان ورود جدیتر صدا و سیما به بخش آموزش مجازی، معرفی سامانه‌های معتبر آموزشی، تهیه سؤالات امتحانی استاندارد، تقویت و پرورش سواد اطلاعاتی خانواده‌ها و کنترل کودکان را در دستور کار قرار داد. این پژوهش با هدف ‌شناسایی مشکلات آموزش در فضای مجازی و چاره‌اندیشی براي رفع بحران موجود، بویژه در ایران و بخصوص در مناطق محروم، با تلفیقی از روش کتابخانه‌يی و میدانی انجام گرفته‌ است و پژوهندگان کوشیده‌اند بعد از بیان معایب و مزایای آموزش مجازی، راهکارهایی در راستاي افزایش کیفیت آموزش مجازی و مناسبات انسانی در شرایط کنونی به خوانندگان ارائه دهند. http://pac.mullasadra.org/ar/Article/Download/22560
